Wooden Plaques: Require 6 to 7 working days due to customization
Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, delivery may take 2 to 4 working days, depending on your city.

Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
However, if an item arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and assist you in any way we can.
